Overview

Pay: $23.50/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do- Serve as the lead person on a production line, ensuring smooth workflow and timely output.
- Answer team questions, address bottlenecks, and escalate issues quickly to keep production moving.
- Monitor quality and ensure processes are followed to meet safety and production standards.
- Support training of team members and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
