We are seeking a Senior Director of Dining Services to join our Morrison Healthcare team and lead food service operations within an acute care facility in Orangeburg, SC
.

The Senior Director of Dining Services is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day food service operations. You will manage and lead a team of employees, be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability, and talent development.

• Operate the department in accordance with the approved budget, providing the client with maximum value for the dollars spent
• Ensure that the food offered is of superior quality
• Direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
• Maintain excellent relationships with guests, clients, and other departments within the community
• Promote the professional growth and development of the entire team
• Foster strong inter-departmental relations and integrate the dining service department with the facility plan of operations

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of additional experience
• Minimum of five years of proven leadership expertise
• Two to four years of direct food service operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
• Serv Safe® certification is a plus
• Must be forward-thinking, proactive, and the face of the company
