• Conduct comprehensive research and profiling of leads for the License Compliance team
• Gather and integrate data related to customer contracts, entitlements, and licensing agreements
• Investigate software intelligence data regarding authorized and unauthorized installations
• Maintain accurate data within the License Compliance  database
• Communicate findings and provide strategic insights to License Compliance representatives

• 2+ years of experience utilizing open-source intelligence (OSINT) and investigative techniques
• Experience with software usage telemetry analysis
• Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including business network architecture and corporate domain structures
• Proficiency in online research methodologies and external investigative tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams

• Familiarity with  or  platforms
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Knowledge of regional corporate databases
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
