• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for software development teams
• Support leadership syncs and quarterly planning meetings
• Coordinate dependencies and ensure effective communication between teams
• Identify and manage project risks, developing appropriate mitigation plans
• Monitor team performance and track key Agile metrics

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance
• 2+ years of Agile software development experience
• 5+ years of experience with Scrum in data and software engineering life cycles
• Remote work capability with travel as needed (less than 10%)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Experience with various business processes related to U.S. Army systems
