• Partner with Product and Design leadership to define research priorities across multiple products
• Conduct a variety of qualitative and quantitative research activities, including usability testing and user interviews
• Analyze and synthesize findings into actionable insights for product and design teams
• Advocate for user-centered decision-making across the organization
• Build and maintain a shared research repository to support long-term learning

• 3–6+ years of experience in UX Research or a closely related role
• Degree in UX, HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience conducting research for SaaS and/or enterprise software
• Strong qualitative research skills; quantitative experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience researching Identity, Security, or other complex technical domains
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
• Experience working across multiple product teams or portfolios
• Experience with research tools such as Tetra Insights, UX Tweak, or similar
