RN - Med Surg Tele

• Work 3x12 night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• Every other weekend requirement
• No on-call responsibilities
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Experience required:
  Med Surg/Telemetry, telemetry interpretation of dysrhythmias, telemetry monitoring on the unit
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Work with Epic charting system
• Wear royal blue scrubs
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• 30-bed unit with 30 rooms
• Manage common medical conditions including diabetes, hypertension, CAD, ESRD, chronic respiratory illnesses, and arrhythmias
• Free parking provided
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• During hurricane season (June-November), may be assigned to emergency response teams

The facility utilizes modern Epic charting systems and maintains high standards of patient care across various medical specialties.
