Job Description

This position is located in South Carolina.

This is a 13-week contract position.

The shift is 5x8 hours, nights from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with every other weekend required.

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to focus exclusively on Chemistry and Microbiology. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in general lab operations and possess experience with Alinity, Bio Fire, and Cepheid analyzers.

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures in Chemistry and Microbiology.
• Ensure accurate results and timely reporting of laboratory findings.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

• At least 1 year of experience in a general lab setting.
• National certification from ASCP or AMT as an MLS or MLT required.
• Experience using Alinity, Bio Fire, and Cepheid analyzers preferred.
