This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, 5x8 hours from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM with rotating weekends.

Our facility is seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the sterilization, decontamination, and assembly/wrapping of surgical instruments and equipment. Experience in scope reprocessing is essential.

• Perform sterilization and decontamination procedures on medical instruments.
• Assemble, wrap, and prepare surgical trays and instruments.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education programs.
• Respond to urgent needs in the operating room as required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing.
• National certification (CBSPD and/or HSPA) required.
• Experience in neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, transplant, and GYN cases preferred.
• Must be able to participate in on-call rotations, every two months.
• South Carolina RN license preferred, with consideration for those applying for licensure.
