Our client is expanding healthcare access by delivering care directly to local workplaces — bringing clinical services, preventive screenings, and wellness education to employees where they are.
This is a highly autonomous role for an RN who loves independence, variety, and community connection. You’ll be the trusted clinical representative of Business Health Services, working both in a mobile unit and clinic environment.
Compensation for this role is up to $70,000 annually, depending on experience

Your responsibilities will blend onsite outreach
, mobile care delivery
, and clinic-based support
:
- Travel to partner businesses to deliver onsite preventative health services
- Encourage employee participation and build trust with diverse populations
- Perform screenings (BP, glucose, lipid panel), immunizations, triage, and return-to-work assessments
- Confidently operate in field settings with minimal supervision
- Provide direct care and patient follow-up in clinic
- Maintain compliant and confidential electronic documentation
- Support coordinated care plans and resource navigation for patients
- Participate in wellness events and health education initiatives
- Identify and recommend outreach opportunities based on community needs
- Serve as a resource and advocate for healthy lifestyle behaviors
- You’ll have the freedom to take initiative — your ability to connect directly influences the success of the program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
- 2+ years clinical experience (primary care, urgent care, ER, or community health preferred)
- Strong decision-maker with independent clinical judgment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and comfort with local travel
