Job Description
A sonographer who conducts a diagnostic exam with an echocardiogram test that uses sound waves to create live images of the heart. As an echo technologist, you measure cardiovascular health by viewing blood flow and valve movement with the echocardiogram.
Additional Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:Six months experience in performing ECHOs. Certification by The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers for Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographers, preferred. Maintains CPR certification and completion of the Basic Arrhythmia Course.
