• Achieve annual sales, gross margin, and market share targets set by management
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers including Mechanical Contractors and Facility Owners
• Assist customers with bid day operations and post‑sale submittal and order entry work
• Execute take‑offs and quotes for HVAC products
• Participate in trade shows and marketing events to promote Carrier's products

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience
• Valid Driver’s license
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of HVAC design and application tools

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 5 years of experience with applied HVAC equipment, preferably in sales
• Controls experience
• PE Certification and LEED AP accreditation
• Extraordinary interpersonal skills and customer focus
