What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Proactively manage named accounts to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction throughout their lifecycle
  • Develop and nurture relationships with customer stakeholders, tailoring messaging to their interests
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance service delivery
  • Monitor customer health scores and assist in improving their metrics
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value delivered and identify growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 6+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in German language is required
  • Experience in customer management within security and/or identity solutions
  • Ability to manage executive relationships and discussions effectively
  • Strong organizational skills to establish milestones and keep success plans on track
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in transformational Customer Success projects, particularly in SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with customer success tools and CRM systems, such as Gainsight and Salesforce
  • Consistent desire to improve processes and drive efficiency
  • Proven success as a trusted advisor to senior executives in large organizations
