- Conduct thorough inspections of newly built homes in Build-to-Rent communities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and builder specifications
- Stay updated on builder codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure high-quality home delivery
- Provide real‑time updates on inspection statuses and maintain communication with construction managers and stakeholders
- Identify potential issues during inspections and provide actionable solutions
- Utilize technological systems for accurate documentation and reporting of inspections
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in residential construction, home inspection, property management, or a similar role
- Strong adherence to construction codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric approach
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems and relevant software applications, including MRI, Yardi, Realpage, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience in problem‑solving and adaptability in construction environments
