- Proven ability to negotiate large, complex renewal contracts
- Experience working with senior leadership and finance to deliver accurate forecasts
- International sales leadership experience
- Strong financial acumen and comfort in executive-level presentations
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of inspiring teams and driving results
- Ability to synthesize complex issues into clear, actionable messages
