• Strong financial and market analysis skills with the ability to present results clearly to varied audiences
• Experience in energy efficiency, demand-side management program design, or related areas

• Demonstrated expertise in energy and environmental studies, particularly in regulated energy markets
• Proficiency in modeling concepts and software tools such as Excel and PowerBI
• Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence for operational efficiencies
• Knowledge of process flow mapping techniques
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, energy analysis, engineering, or related fields
