- Assist PCs with the resolution of halted invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain daily contact with approximately 125 assigned locations regarding halt resolution
- Handle high email volume and complete halt clearing associated with production reports
- Conduct monthly halt accrual reporting and ensure accuracy of financial reporting
- Provide training and assistance to Corporate or PC personnel regarding invoice processing
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable department
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant accounting coursework
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work independently and multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel; AS400 experience preferred
- Proven research and critical thinking skills
- Dependable, motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing work environment
