Responsibilities
  • Assist PCs with the resolution of halted invoices in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain daily contact with approximately 125 assigned locations regarding halt resolution
  • Handle high email volume and complete halt clearing associated with production reports
  • Conduct monthly halt accrual reporting and ensure accuracy of financial reporting
  • Provide training and assistance to Corporate or PC personnel regarding invoice processing
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable department
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant accounting coursework
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work independently and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel; AS400 experience preferred

  • Dependable, motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing work environment
