Here’s What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop Servant Leaders – put your people and restaurant first.

  • Lead inspiring huddles that motivate and inform the team.
  • Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members.

  • Actively coach brand service behaviors.
  • Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
  • Maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant.
  • Ensure product quality and operations standards are delivered.
  • Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
  • Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
  • Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
  • Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
  • Evaluate and implement cost controls.
  • Monitor people charts and production planning, making adjustments as needed.
  • Create and monitor schedules and manage onboarding.
  • Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
Education & Experience
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Effective communication with guests and team members.
  • Resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
  • Motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make tough decisions.
  • Available to work all shifts, including open, close, weekends and holidays.
