SummaryEvaluates for and administers all forms of Physical Therapy; exercises general and close supervision of supportive personnel; assists in administration of the office; performs related duties as required.
Details of DutiesDoctoral Degree in Physical Therapy & current Texas licensure.
ExperiencePrevious experience is desired but not required.
ContactsInternal communications include contact with patients, staff and family members. External communications include contact with physicians, social and community groups, professional associations and organizations and sales people of medical equipment and supplies.
Physical DemandsLifting, pushing, pulling and assisting patients with exercise as well as patient transfers. Must be able to lift 50 pounds from the floor to bed height.
Working ConditionsMay be exposed to infectious diseases, electricity and strain from moving and/or supporting patients.
