Job DescriptionMinimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree (preferably in Special Education)
- Valid Educational Diagnostician Certification
- Valid Texas Teaching Certification (Special Education)
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience (preferably of students with disabilities)
- Experience working with diverse student populations, parents, and other stakeholders
- Identifies, evaluates, and diagnoses students with learning disabilities or special needs to determine eligibility for special education services
- Ability to administer standardized tests, conduct classroom observations, create detailed diagnostic reports, and recommend IEP (Individualized Education Program) modifications/accommodations
