SafetyAssistant
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Orange Site and NORAM HSEQ departments.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities- Monitor and order supplies for ORG and NORAM HSEQ departments
- Support Orange HSEQ Procedure, Emergency Pre‑Plans, and Training Development
- Support Orange Site FRC ordering and problem resolution
- Support Orange Site Permit Auditing Program
- Support NORAM HSEQ training program and activities
- Support NORAM HSEQ Management Systems activities associated with revision of procedures
- Record and distribute NORAM HSEQ departmental meeting minutes
- Coordinate and update NORAM HSEQ KPIs and Scorecard(s)
- Provide administrative support to maintain NORAM HSEQ product safety related information
- Provide administrative support to NORAM HSEQ projects and activities
- Maintenance of a clean and uncluttered work area
- Compliance with the company HESS rules
- Orange Site Personnel
- Orange Site HSEQ staff
- ARLANXEO vendors and suppliers as needed

Required for this Position
Education – no minimum education requirements.
Experience – 2 years of maintenance and construction experience.
Certification / License – Valid Driver's License.
