As a General Manager, you will lead your restaurant, mentor and develop team members, and drive overall operational and financial performance. You will champion Wendy’s culture and ensure each customer’s expectations are exceeded on every visit.

• Lead restaurant operations and mentor the store team to achieve strong results
• Drive great customer service and ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Achieve benchmarks in food, labor, service, and sanitation; manage budgets and profitability
• Implement and uphold Wendy’s brand standards and company policies

• Three years of experience as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operations
• Strong background in restaurant operations, including achieving performance benchmarks and leading teams

• Compensation:
  Wendy’s General Managers: $44,472 - $65,000 per year plus Profit Sharing
