A local ABA therapy provider based in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) for flexible, part-time/Per Diem work. Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home or community settings, following treatment plans, and ensuring a positive environment. While RBT certification is a plus, it is not required. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks.
Competitive pay rates range from $20 to $25 per hour.
