Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create project plans using Jira Project Management software.

• Maintain project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and task logs.

• Help design and create visual diagrams and workflows using Lucid Chart.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of SharePoint sites and document libraries.

• Assist with various communication initiatives.

• Provide administrative support as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Currently enrolled as a graduate student in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or a related discipline).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience using SharePoint.

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web publishing tools.

• Knowledge of IT industry best practices and standards.
