As a Pest Control Technician, you will complete paid training and use the skills to operate a pest control service route, build customer relationships, perform pest control functions, and manage your own route.

• Serve as a problem solver, combining training and attention to detail to determine the most efficient pest solution for each customer.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services as part of a complete pest management program.
• Follow a route schedule within an assigned territory, allowing flexibility for customer and weather factors and ensuring timely and safe arrival.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of vehicle and equipment.
• Complete all required service documentation using a hand‑held device.

• Starting hourly pay: $19.00‑$22.00 per hour.

• No experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and roof tops.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Obtain the appropriate pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Work independently and manage route‑based assignments.
