• Provide a positive, friendly, and professional selling experience with all customers.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver a 5‑star customer experience (appointments, point of sale, iPad tools).
• Deliver exceptional service to multiple customers simultaneously and contribute to the store’s 5‑star rating.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing customer profiles and fitting rooms.
• Build relationships by welcoming customers, asking questions, and listening to understand expectations and needs.
• Identify the perfect gown within the customer’s first three try‑ons.
• Schedule and follow‑up future appointments based on the Timeline Calendar.
• Communicate the role of alterations and promote all alteration services; partner with Alterations Specialists to set up appointments.
• Ensure accurate measurements are entered into events and minimize returns and exchanges.
• Maintain store standards (clean, organized, promotional readiness) and report any damaged equipment.
• Follow the dress code and offer loyalty & partner programs.
• Support store performance by maintaining productivity standards with the 5‑Step Selling Process.
• Process transactions accurately, promote add‑ons, and support special order procedures.
• Meet conversion goals (65%+ platform, 75% headpieces, 10% foundations, 20% shoes) and complete regular photographer appointments.
• Complete training and continuously build product knowledge and fashion‑trend expertise.
• Assist in executing new processes, contests, promotions, merchandising, markdowns, and inventory counts.
• Support the team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals; clock in/out accurately and adhere to loss‑prevention policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store environment.
• Experience with a computerized POS system.

High school diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years of prior retail experience in apparel or a specialty store environment and prior experience with a computerized POS system is preferred.
