- Configure and support SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing processes
- Design and maintain rate structures, schemas, and variants
- Handle billing master data, rate determination, and billing exceptions
- Perform integration with SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable)
- Support meter-to-cash processes including device management and meter reading integration
- Execute billing simulations, mass billing runs, and invoice processing
- Troubleshoot and resolve production billing issues
- Work on enhancements, user exits, BADIs, and functional specifications
- Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments
