Per Diem CNA ; Homecare & Facilities

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certificate in Connecticut
• Updated medicals/vaccinations or willing to obtain
• Completed drug screen or Habit Form
• Successfully complete Alvita Care onboarding process

Full‑time, part‑time, or per diem schedules available.

• 6–12 hour day and night shifts available
• Monday–Friday availability preferred; weekend shifts a plus
• Experience with Memory Care, Palliative, ADL, and transfers a plus
• Weekly paycheck on Fridays (direct deposit, debit card, or paper check)
• Ask about Tap Check for additional hourly options
