- Lead and manage a team of Oncology Sales Representatives/Specialists in the Los Angeles/San Diego district
- Maximize sales team performance to achieve and exceed sales goals and budget targets
- Hire, coach, and oversee training for Oncology Sales professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales execution and customer experience
- Conduct routine district sales meetings and performance reviews for direct reports
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience, including 4 years in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries
- Proven ability to establish relationships and networks within a customer organization
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50-75% of the time
- Residence in or near the assigned district
- Experience in professional sales or related fields (military experience included)
- First-line management experience leading a field-based oncology sales team
- Minimum of 3 years working with key thought leaders or high-influence Oncology customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations
