What to Expect

(Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their practice structure and business model
  • Educate key stakeholders about leading immunotherapy compounds and communicate the employer's vision to the oncology community
  • Analyze and identify trends in a complex buying environment, including drug distribution channels
  • Develop both short- and long-term account plans in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the customer team to ensure a consistent customer experience across divisions
What is Required
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle
  • Ability to travel as required, including overnight travel of 10-15%
  • Reside within or near the assigned district
  • Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, with oncology experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
  • Documented history of strong performance in a sales or marketing role related to oncology
  • Experience working directly with oncology customers in a clinical setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
