Base Pay Range

Front Sales Agent – apnTech – Pay: $60,000–$150,000 per year – Job Type: Full-time

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven sales experience: 1+ year of phone sales with high‑volume calling (200–300 calls/day).
  • Engaged & open‑minded: eager to learn, adapt, and work in a fast‑paced team environment.
  • Reliable & professional: punctual and dedicated to working on‑site Monday–Friday.
  • Strong communicator: excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Master CRM systems and Chase Dialer software.
  • Make high‑volume outbound calls to present, promote, and sell apnTech services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to team success.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal).
  • Computer literate, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and time‑management skills.
