• Proactively prospecting and developing new accounts
• Managing long-term relationships with global customers
• Applying a consultative approach to solve technical challenges
• Staying current with industry trends and solutions
• Closing deals consistently and exceeding revenue goals

• Uncapped commission structure with realistic $100K+ earnings
• Established brand with long-term stability
• Broad, in-demand product portfolio with repeat business

• Inside sales experience in a commission-based role
• Confidence, coachability, and strong business acumen
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly
• Comfort working independently in a performance-driven environment
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Telecom, networking, or low-voltage systems experience
• Cisco or similar certifications
• Experience with RFPs, RFQs, or public-sector accounts
