• Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities and maintain accurate sales records

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 4 years of operations or outside sales experience in a freight forwarding environment
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, a minimum of 3-4 days per week
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Advanced understanding of logistical concepts and supply chain terminology
• Self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook
• Strong business development acumen with a “hunter” mentality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
