Customer Service Rep
We have an IMMEDIATE opening for an experienced Full Time Sales Equipment/Parts Representative.
We are a family owned company with over 39 years serving the concrete cutting industry. Our business structure has three divisions – Sales, Service and Rental. Our Sales Department is currently looking for help.
The perfect candidate would handle sells of products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting. They would help walk‑in and call‑in customers in all aspects of the ordering process.

- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Research parts (schematics, parts lists, etc.)
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Ship & receive inventory
- Stock showroom and parts departments
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personable with an outgoing attitude
- Standing for long hours
- Lifting more than 50 lbs.
- Small equipment, mechanical or concrete cutting industry background would be a huge plus!
