Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include managing and growing sales within the territory, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, overseeing customer service interactions, and providing training and product knowledge to clients. Daily tasks involve identifying new sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and developing strategies to achieve sales goals.

As a key part of the team, the Territory Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with client needs.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively and build relationships with clients and team members.
• Proven sales and sales‑management skills with experience in meeting or exceeding revenue goals and strategizing for growth.
• Customer service and training expertise, with a focus on providing exceptional client support and delivering product knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment and manage various projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools to track sales activities is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in technical sales or in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
