Hourly rate ranges from $20.90 to $21.15 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in overall operations of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age requirement: 18.
• Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
• Availability to work up to 38 hours per week.
