If you love spreading joy, then this position is for you! Our Doughnut Specialist are the face of Krispy Kreme in our shops. You will get to enjoy interactions with our customers and inspire customer wonder by serving them our delectable doughnuts. Doughnut Specialist also ensure that our stores are well-ordered and inviting.

• What will you do? Bring joy to our customers by answering questions and providing them with delicious doughnuts. Take orders and accept payments at the register. Ensure that our doughnuts and other products are made to perfection and as fresh as possible for our guests. Prepare ingredients such as glaze, fillings, and icings. Keep the shop in tip-top shape, including sweeping or mopping, cleaning the dining area, stocking and cleaning restrooms, cleaning windows, and keeping the exterior clean.
  
  May unload delivery trucks and answer the phone. Assist with other duties as needed to reach customer satisfaction.
• On the move This may include carrying and lifting boxes, packing doughnuts, cleaning and helping guests and other Krispy Kremers. You might need to lift up to 25 or 50 pounds ing doughnuts requires handling with care to keep them beautiful.

• Excellent customer service skills and enjoyment of interacting with customers.
• Clear communication skills

• Basic mathematical and literacy skills to handle money.
• High school diploma is preferred.
