Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage) (T0230) role rting Hourly Rate: $18.50 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and provide helpful service.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their visit.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas.
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Change prices, set up and maintain merchandise, and ensure inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking, packing orders, or delivering pickup orders) while adhering to relevant laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.
