YOUR ROLE

As a Sales Associate, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company, proud of it, and passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with guests using O’Neill Sales Training to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on product details and make suggestions to fit their needs.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Assist team members and support store tasks as needed.
• Act with integrity, following all policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You enjoy discounts (60% off O’Neill products, 30% off outside brands).

• You are at least 17 years old.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
