What You’ll Do- Compassion Meets Action

Perform comprehensive assessments, guide care plans, and work directly with physicians to ensure each patient’s needs are met. - Documentation Extraordinaire

Keep your notes sharp—EMR documentation within 24 hours. - On the Move
:
Travel to patient homes (navigate stairs and weather surprises) to deliver exceptional care. Must be willing to travel to Orange County and Inland Empire. - Family Whisperer

Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.
What You Bring to the Table- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- RN license (active and in good standing).
- 1+ years of nursing experience (hospice experience required).
- A valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in Spanish/English preferred.

Hourly range for posted region: $55 USD - $58 USD
