  What You’ll Do
  • Compassion Meets Action
    :
    Perform comprehensive assessments, guide care plans, and work directly with physicians to ensure each patient’s needs are met.
  • Documentation Extraordinaire
    :
    Keep your notes sharp—EMR documentation within 24 hours.
  • On the Move
    :
    Travel to patient homes (navigate stairs and weather surprises) to deliver exceptional care. Must be willing to travel to Orange County and Inland Empire.

  What You Bring to the Table
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • RN license (active and in good standing).
  • 1+ years of nursing experience (hospice experience required).
  • A valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in Spanish/English preferred.

  Hourly range for posted region: $55 USD - $58 USD
