Title: Outpatient Oncology Care Manager RN
Location: Orange, CA
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 2x8 hours every other week & 3x8 hours every other week
Start Date: 02/09/2026

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 years Case Manager experience plus Oncology & PEDS experience

• Certification: PALS or PEARS

• Charting System: Not specified

• Patient Age Group: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents

• Float: Yes – covers other colleagues

• On-Call: None

• Daily Census: 20–22

• Chemotherapy: No administration; must know chemo interactions & Roadmaps

• Skills Required:

  • Roadmap development (custom per patient)

  • Care Coordination & Transition Planning

  • Follow-up appointments, referrals, authorizations

  • Ordering/follow-up of labs, scans, DME

  • Needs assessment

  • Neuro-Oncology experience

Preferred:

• Certification: CPHON
