    • Enter contact reports, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks to ensure thorough documentation of donor relationships.
    • Support gift entry and acknowledgment processes during peak periods or as needed.

    • Help coordinate donor touches, including tours, thank-you calls, event follow-ups, and personalized outreach.
    • Support donor research and prospecting activities to help staff identify giving capacity and engagement opportunities.
    • Maintain donor recognition lists and ensure accuracy across print and digital platforms.
  • Administrative & Team Support

    • Assist with scheduling, meeting prep, file organization, and other tasks that ensure smooth operations across the department.
    • Serve as a collaborative team member willing to step in during busy seasons such as signature events, appeals, and year-end fundraising.
Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising operations, or database management preferred.
