Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
Job description:
CNC Machinist (6:30 am- 3:30 pm)ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports to Machine Shop Supervisor
- Able to setup/operate/program complex (+/-.010 or lower, TP ≤.024) conventional machining jobs - CNC lathe
- Perform complex Grind setups
- Perform complex setups/operate CNC mills/ lathes
- Complex GDT measurement using calipers, height gauge, bore gauges etc.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
- Must be capable to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to work in a standing position up to 8 hours per day.
- Advanced shop math skills
- Advanced blueprint reading
- Understand Geometric Dimension and Tolerances
- High school diploma or G.E.D.; five+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must own basic inspection equipment (0-6" caliper)
