Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation / Insurance Defense
Location: Orange County, CA
Position Type: Full-Time, Hybrid flexibility
Compensation: $125,000 – $175,000 DOE + Bonus and Comprehensive Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Manage an active caseload from inception through trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Appear in court for hearings and case management conferences.
- Communicate directly with clients and claims professionals.
What You Bring
- 2–10+ years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense preferred).
- Strong deposition, motion, and courtroom skills.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Active California Bar membership in good standing.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
