Safe work environment, Company perks, Friendly staff. Our law office is seeking an intelligent and motivated family law attorney to join our successful firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years  of experience handling and litigating family law cases. We are willing to hire attorneys with no family law experience.

• Appear in court and litigate at court hearings for our clients.
• Meet and/or communicate with clients, answer questions, and prepare them for court hearings.
• Oversee the preparation of pleadings, discovery, and all other necessary documentation.
• Draft RFOs, Motions, DVROs, and respond to the opposing party s pleadings and discovery.
• Work with our staff to manage the case files and ensure that the client is properly serviced.
