PARTNER - Employment Law PAGA EXPERT (8+ years experience)

Reports To: Managing Partner

Position: 100% Remote
Salary:
Base starts @ $350 + billable + other benefits
License:
California only

• Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
• Must have knowledge of PAGA/class action
• Experience with public entity defense a plus
• Bachelors and Juris Doctor degrees
• Member, State Bar of California in good standing
• Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Commitment to proactive case management

• 8+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation in California
• Significant experience defending PAGA claims (please detail in your application)
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Proven track record in civil litigation, including successful motion practice, depositions, and courtroom appearances
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships
• Highly organized and able to manage a remote workload with autonomy and accountability
