Position Summary
The Power BI Report Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. This role supports business units by transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across finance, operations, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and publish dynamic, complex reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Use DAX to create calculated columns, measures, and KPIs tailored to business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integrate data from various sources including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and SQL Server
• Perform end-to-end testing to ensure data accuracy and report reliability.
• Support enterprise BI initiatives and participate in cross-functional meetings to align reporting with strategic goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Power BI development, including dashboard design and data modeling.
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
