As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, assisting them in developing social skills, building confidence, and enhancing their overall well-being. You’ll also provide invaluable support to their families with personalized care.
Pay: $21 - $26 / hour
* Pay based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $500 sign-on bonus paid at your 6-month anniversary.
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time options available

We ask for at least 4 weekday afternoons (Mon – Fri, 2:30 – 6:30 pm) OR 3 weekday afternoons plus 1 weekend morning/mid-day shift.

Responsibilities- Implement ABA therapy techniques and interventions.
- Conduct engaging one-on-one therapy for skill and social development.
- Set up an exciting environment for the client, complete with therapy materials.
- Attend team meetings to track progress and discuss treatment plans.
- Use data collection tools to measure outcomes.
- Collaborate with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to adjust treatment plans.
- Provide support and guidance to the client's family.
- Document session notes and complete required paperwork.
- Experience working with children.
- Exposure to children/adults with Autism.
- Must reside in Orange County.
- Ability to work in-clinic, in-school, and in-home settings.
- Must be willing to drive 25 miles (average of 30 minutes) from the office.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to be active and sit on the ground for long periods of time.
- Willing to complete a TB test and background screening.
- RBT certification preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Korean preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or working towards education in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
