Overview

Risk Adjustment Specialist – Hybrid Health Care Support is seeking a Risk Adjustment Specialist to join a mission-driven team in the Orange County, CA area. This full-time, salaried role offers autonomy in the field and remotely.

• Orange County

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• $80K - $90k per year (based on experience)
• Mileage reimbursement

• Conduct comprehensive HCC risk adjustment chart reviews—both remotely and onsite—to validate diagnosis accuracy, identify documentation gaps, and ensure full compliance.
• Collaborate directly with primary care providers by delivering clear, actionable education and audit feedback to strengthen documentation practices and support accurate, value-based reimbursement.

• High School Diploma
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare settings
• Current AAPC or AHIMA certification
