The Director, Virtual Care Center is responsible for leading the strategic development, operational execution, and continuous improvement of Alignment Healthcare’s Virtual Care Center. This role ensures delivery of high-quality, patient-centered virtual care services that align with organizational goals for access, efficiency, and clinical outcomes. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, leverage technology, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

* Job Responsibilities:
*** Develop and implement the Virtual Care Center strategy to enhance patient access and experience.
* Oversee daily operations, staffing, and resource allocation for virtual care services.
* Drive performance metrics related to patient satisfaction, clinical quality, and operational efficiency.
* Partner with IT and clinical leadership to optimize telehealth platforms and workflows.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, privacy, and security requirements for virtual care delivery.
* Manage budget planning, forecasting, and cost control for the Virtual Care Center.
* Recruit, train, and develop team members to support virtual care initiatives.
* Collaborate with providers, care teams, and leadership to integrate virtual care into broader clinical programs.
* Other duties and projects as assigned.

** Minimum 7 years in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in telehealth or virtual care leadership.
* ** Preferred:
** Experience in managed care or integrated delivery systems.

** Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
* ** Preferred:
** Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related discipline.
