Description
The Behavioral Health Consultant is a core member of the primary care team, led by the primary care provider that may involve clinic nursing staff, system-wide care and case management staff, pharmacists, substance abuse specialists, and psychiatrists. The Behavioral Health Consultant assists patients to gain self-efficacy/management skills, achieve optimum functional health status, and quality of life. This person works under minimal supervision within the general policies and standard practices and mental health code of ethics, including Chapter 71.05 RCW.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree - Social Work.
- California Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.
- 3 years - Experience with adult populations and familiarity with broad range of psychiatric disorders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in integrated behavioral health.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
